Who is IRNICHOLAS®
With more than 20 years of engineering and leadership experience, IRNICHOLAS® is recognized for his expertise in engineering design, project execution, overhead crane and material handling systems, and industrial solutions across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, oil & gas, power, renewable energy, warehousing, construction, transportation, and heavy machinery.
As a Professional Engineer Examiner appointed by the Board
of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), trainer, speaker and author, Ir. Nicholas is
passionate about mentoring engineers, sharing practical industry knowledge,
developing technical capabilities, and promoting lifelong learning, innovation
and technology adoption.
He is the founder of NCH International Sdn. Bhd. and NCH TVET Sdn. Bhd., providing practical, industry-driven technical training, HRD Corp-claimable programmes and engineering consultancy focused on safety, efficiency, performance and sustainable value.
His industry experience also includes serving as General
Manager, Sales & Projects at VME Material Handling Sdn. Bhd., where he led
and coordinated overhead crane projects covering design, manufacturing,
installation, commissioning, maintenance, modernization, automation and
optimization.
Combining engineering expertise, leadership, technical
assessment, business development, training and knowledge sharing, IRNICHOLAS®
bridges engineering knowledge with real-world industrial practice, empowering
people, improving performance and engineering a safer future.

With extensive experience in engineering design and project management across various industries, I specialize in overhead cranes and material handling solutions, representing quality brands such as VME, Verlinde, and AD Hoist. My focus is on improving operational efficiency, safety, and reliability through cost-effective engineering solutions.

As a dedicated trainer, I am passionate about developing talent, sharing knowledge, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. I believe in practical, industry-driven learning that connects knowledge with real-world applications.
