With more than two decades of experience in engineering and
leadership roles, I have developed a comprehensive expertise in engineering
design and project management across a wide range of industries. My background
spans manufacturing, entertainment, warehousing, power generation, oil &
gas, construction, transportation, renewable energy, and machinery. This
diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique
challenges and opportunities within each sector.
I am a strong believer in lifelong learning, consistently
seeking opportunities to advance my career by exploring new strategies, skills,
technologies, and innovative ideas. This commitment to continuous improvement
has enabled me to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and apply
cutting-edge solutions to complex engineering problems.
My passion for coaching and training is a cornerstone of my
professional ethos. I have conducted HRDF-claimable programs, facilitating the
development of new skills among individuals in technical fields. This
dedication to knowledge sharing extends beyond formal training; I actively seek

overhead cranes under the renowned brands VME, Verlinde, and AD Hoist, catering
to the specific needs of various industrial applications. My commitment is to
enhance operational efficiency and safety through reliable and efficient
engineering solutions.

As a dedicated trainer, I have a strong passion for coaching
and training, nurturing talents, and empowering individuals to reach their full
